Raccoon Creek County Park Guidelines


It is hoped that your visits to Raccoon Creek County Park are most enjoyable. Help us keep the park neat, clean, and safe for everyone by observing the following Guidelines:

• Speed Limit is 20mph. Watch for children.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on park grounds.
• Glass containers are prohibited in the park.
• Pets must be leashed and under the control of the owner.
• Visitors are asked to park only in the designated areas. Park visitors are asked to keep vehicles off grass areas.
• Respect other park visitors. Keep radio volume at acceptable levels.
• The applicant hereby agrees that the use of such park facilities shall be upon conditions listed and at the exclusive risk of applicant and his/her guests, and no liability shall be attached to the O.O. McIntyre Park District for any injury growing out of or arising from the use of said facilities.
• No person shall refuse to comply with any reasonable order relating to the regulations or the general rules and regulations of the O.O. McIntyre Park District, Raccoon Creek County Park, or willfully resist, obstruct or abuse any park staff, employee or police officer in the execution of his/her duty.
• All park visitors are responsible for following the general park rules and regulations as approved by the O.O. McIntyre Park Commission.
